In order to move a TracerPlus License to a different Mobile Device or PC the following requirements must be met:
For TracerPlus Mobile Client Licenses an active support agreement must be in place for the license in question. If it is not, the agreement can be purchased at the time of transfer (Contact PTS for more info). We require the info listed below to complete the transfer:
- Device ID of the original Device.
- Device ID of the new device.
- Reason for the transfer.
For TracerPlus Connect or TracerPlus PC please provide the following:
- PC ID of the original PC.
- PC ID of the New PC.
- Reason for the transfer
