I do not see any Microsft Access Drivers on my 64 bit version of Windows 7

You will need to open the 32 bit ODBC Administrator tool by doing the following:

Navigate to the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder

Double click odbcad32.exe

Note: This may also work for other Database Drivers normally installed on 32 bit versions of Windows.
