When trying to build/deploy an application on a Windows Mobile/CE device, it is possible to receive a “TracerPlus not installed” message despite TracerPlus being installed on the device. The reason for this is because the connection is not being refreshed by TracerPlus Desktop.
To fix this, you need to do one of the following:
- Un-cradle and then re-cradle the device
- Close and reopen TracerPlus Desktop
This should refresh the connection allowing the deployment of the app.
