If you wish to transfer a license from one licensed PC / Device to another, you must open a support ticket here on our support website and provide specific information within your ticket.
In order to transfer your license, you must have a currently active support contract, and provide the PC / Device ID that you wish to transfer the license from, the PC / Device ID that you wish to transfer the license to and the reason for the transfer.
With that information, a support representative can transfer your license, and provide you with your new registration information.
