How to Retrieve Old Registration Information

If you are looking to find out one or more sets of previously registered (or perhaps not yet registered) license information, currently the best way to retrieve this is to keep an active list of the Device/PC IDs you are using and the registration & redemption codes you are using for them. You can maintain a list of this information easily and reference it for later use.

If you do not have a list like this and wish to request one, you can contact your TracerPlus account representative and they can provide you with a list of the device/PC IDs that you require. In this message be sure to include your name, your organization name, and the name of the person who procured the licenses.
