How to Login Using Your Subscription License

After purchasing your subscription licenses you will receive an order confirmation email to download these components. Here is the site our customers are directed to in that email https://www.tracerplus.com/software/downloads . After you've completed the form the latest builds and version of our software will be easily accessed at the top of the page. TracerPlus Desktop and TracerPlus Connect and TracerPlus Client is downloaded onto your PC's. The TracerPlus Mobile Client can be downloaded onto your device via the Google Play Store, App Store.

It is important to note that there are two ways that you can subscribe your TracerPlus Mobile Client- by User or by Device.

Subscribe by User allows you to log into your TracerPlus Application using a Username and Password. This option is recommended for companies/users who have more than one device and on go.

Subscribe by Device allows you to log into one device using a unique TracerPlus Device Identifier. This option is recommended for users who have a device stationed in one location or multiple users with limited devices. 

How do you successfully subscribe using both methods?

Subscribe by User Directions

1. Have your order confirmation email nearby - this includes your Username and Account ID.
2. Activate your account and create a password (you will receive an email from  subscriptions@tracerplus.com )
3. Install TracerPlus on your Devices 
4. Open up the TracerPlus Application on your device, choose the second option- Login (Subscription User).
5.  Enter your Username and Password (The username is on the order confirmation email. The Password is what you created after activating the account.)  
6. Click Login.

Subscribe by Device Directions

1. Have your order confirmation email nearby - this includes your Account ID.
2. Install TracerPlus on your Devices 
3. Open up the TracerPlus Application on your device, choose the second option- Login (Subscription User).
4. In the top right-hand corner click the three-line menu button.
5. The options menu will pop up, click the toggle button until it turns blue.
6. Click Done.
7. Enter your Account ID (This is included in your order confirmation email.)
8. Click Log in.
