If after you register both TracerPlus Connect and TracerPlus on your mobile device you are receiving the "failed to login to TracerPlus Connect client, client not licensed in device list" check the following suggestions to see if any are not true.
- Confirm (double-check if necessary) that the device ID you have listed there is, in fact, correct for the device you are using. Even though it appears as correctly registered, that doesn't mean that the device ID was entered correctly.
- The Device ID field in Connect is case sensitive. Make sure that you are using all uppercase letters to enter the device ID.
- Make sure you are running the correct versions of both TracerPlus and TracerPlus Connect, and not an older version.
- Ensure that you are syncing to the correct PC (as designated in the Hosts tab of your project settings in TracerPlus Desktop).
