CipherLab RS31 Reader Config App

When using a CipherLab RS31, you may encounter an issue with barcode validation, smartform (specifically the 'barcode scan complete' rule), or variable barcode type settings.

This issue occurs if the Reader Config app is open when you start TracerPlus. This is due to the fact that when TracerPlus starts, it attempts to change a number of settings in the scanner which allows TracerPlus to function properly. 

Solution: Ensure that the Reader Config app is closed when using TracerPlus. This ensures any changes that need to be made to the app settings by TracerPlus are made correctly.
