Camera causing TracerPlus app to crash?

This is a known error between the communications from the camera to TracerPlus and actually has a relatively easy workaround. All you have to do is lower the resolution of the picture settings in the camera. So if you're taking an 8MP picture, make it 5MP, or if the resolution is 1920x1080, then change it to 1072x1072 or something lower like that.

There have also been cases where all that was needed is a firmware update for the device, so be sure to check and see if there is an available firmware update for your device if you encounter this problem, as that could potentially fix the problem altogether without needing to lower picture quality.

Note: This problem has only been observed on Android devices thus far.
