An error occured writing your Pocket PC application to disk setup can not continue and will exit

If you receive the error message  "An error occurred writing your Pocket PC application to disk setup can not continue and will exit" it means you have encountered ADMIN restrictions on the PC. If you can login as an Administrator this may resolve this issue.
