How can I transfer files to my PC when syncing a device using Microsoft Activesync?

Follow the steps below:

1. Open Microsoft Activesync and navigate to Tools-->Options.

2. Under Sync options place a check mark in the Files checkbox.

3. Select OK and your device should sync the files.
