Installing TracerPlus On your Devices

Installing TracerPlus Desktop or Connect on your Computer:

1. Go to www.tracerplus.com and fill in the download form and click download.
2. Scroll down to find the latest version or the one you wish to install
3. When the download is complete, begin the installation, follow the instructions in the setup wizard, click install and finish.
4. When the installation is complete, make sure you have the correct version by opening the software, and clicking Help --> About.

Installing TracerPlus Mobile Client for Android:

Method 1: Use the Google Play Store

1. Open Google Play on your Android device.
2. Use the search feature to find 'TracerPlus'.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the installation.

Method 2: Manual Installation

1. Go to www.tracerplus.com and fill in the download form and click download.
2. Find the TracerPlus.APK file.
3. When the download is complete, plug your android device into your computer via a USB cable, and copy the downloaded .APK file onto your device.
4. On your device, tap the newly downloaded .APK to install it. 
   ** Once the device is connected to the PC, it may have connected as a USB Charging device. You can swipe down from the top of the device, click on USB Charging to tap for more options. Select File Transfer and the device should now show up in Windows Explore. Open up Windows Explorer on the PC and open the MC33x Folder. Open the Downloads folder, then copy the downloaded apk to this folder.

Installing TracerPlus for iOS:

1. Open the App Store on your device.
2. Use the search feature to search for 'TracerPlus'.
3. Click Install.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Installing TracerPlus on a Windows PC:

1. Go to www.tracerplus.com and fill in the download form and click download.
2. Scroll down to find the latest version or the one you wish to install.
3. When the download is complete, begin the installation, follow the instructions in the setup wizard, click install and finish.

Installing Tracerplus for Windows Mobile/CE:

1. Cradle your device so it appears on your computer.
2. Install the latest version of TracerPlus Desktop (see above).
3. Open TracerPlus Desktop and click Tools --> Install TracerPlus to Device.
4. Select Windows Mobile and follow the steps on your device's screen.
