Using TracerPlus Connect with WAN/Cellular Devices and Phones

To connect your WAN/Cellular enabled mobile devices and phones to an internal Server or PC running TracerPlus Connect, you will need to make the following changes to your organizations internet router:

1. Turn on Port Forwarding for 4403 and 4404.
2. Forward this port to the IP address of the PC or Server running TracerPlus Connect.
3. Set the Host ID in TracerPlus Desktop to the IP address of the WAN side of your router and deploy to all of your mobile devices. (Most cases this is your ISP's assigned address.)
4. You should now be able to connect with TracerPlus Connect.

Note: This same configuration can also be used for Wi-Fi devices that may be on a different network or at a remote site to communicate back with a Main Server.
