Why does my Launcher file revert to defaults after it is modified?

When the Launcher.tsc file is customized the flag for useroveride must be set to true. The root tag in the Launcher file contains this option.

Change:

     useroverride="true">

When the useroveride flag is set to true TracerPlus will not attempt to modify the Launcher file.
