Saving TracerPlus data to a storage card (SD, MicroSD)

TracerPlus allows users to store the TracerPlus database file on an SD Storage Card. This is useful for older devices with limited memory or those that do not sustain on battery loss. In order to save data to the SD card, you will need to verifiy that the card itself is not locked from writing to it. Follow the steps below to save data to an SD card:

1. Open TracerPlus Desktop and open your project.
2. In the Project Properties section, select the TracerPlus option.
3. In the field marked Database Location enter the following: \Storage Card\Data
4. Save and deploy your project and data should now be saving to the Storage Card upon submit.

Note: When exporting data, this will still export to the default location of \My Documents\TracerPlus\Data\Exported folder of the device. This cannot be modified.
