Note for Users of Windows 10: Users have been seeing mixed results in getting Windows Mobile Device Center to connect properly to a device in Windows 10. There are no updates coming from Microsoft that we are aware of that address this issue so you may need to take the issue up with your device manufacturer if it will not connect. We have found that changing the type of USB connection sometimes resolves the issue and can typically be found by going to the USB to PC connection settings on the device and disabling the advanced networking functionality.
