Transferring is only allowed when replacing an old Mobile Device/PC with a new Mobile Device/PC. You must not use the old Mobile Device/PC with TracerPlus after the transfer has taken place as this will be in violation of our Licensing agreement. The following is required when transferring a license:
- Original order number or redemption link.
- Old Device/PC ID and new Device/PC ID.
- Reason for Transfer.
- Active Support Plan must be in place for the license.

Note: PTS has the right to refuse the transfer if licensing fraud is suspected.
