Unable to accept scan data in TracerPlus using the Intermec CN50

There are instances where the scanner decodes but does not display the data in a TracerPlus field when using the Intermec CN50. This seems to happen in CN50's with a firmware version of 1.61 and up. See below to resolve this scanning issue:

1. Download the VWConfig.zip file and unzip it.
2. Copy the VWConfig.ini file to the root of the \Windows directory on your CN50 (Note: you may not have access to this \Windows directory from your PC so you will need to copy to a different directory on the CN50. Then using file explorer on the CN50, copy and paste this file to the \Windows directory.)
3. Reboot the CN50 to load the file.
4. You should now be able to accept the scanned data into TracerPlus.
